The Apartment Ninja

FAQs

How much does it cost to use an Apartment Locator?

It’s completely free! It doesn’t cost you a penny!

If the service is “free” how do you guys make money?

Apartment locators are paid a referral fee from the apartment. Instead of apartments spending money on marketing, they are more than happy to pay locators to refer them!

Don’t worry – this doesn’t affect your rent or fees at all.

Are there any hidden fees for locating?

NO hidden fees! It is completely FREE!

Why can’t I find an apartment myself?

Sure you can…if you like to spend hours of your busy schedule searching thousands of apartments! 🙂

Or you can spend your valuable time doing the things you love and hire Apartment Ninja to do the tedious work.

When you fill out our apartment locating form, our agents generate a personalized list of apartments tailored specifically to your wants and needs!

Can you get me the best pricing?

We work hard to find the SECRET deals that may not be listed online.

The deals we find you are the BEST rates you can find in the current market.

Is an apartment locator a licensed real estate agent?

Yes! With years of experience, our locators work hard to get you the apartment of your dreams!

How do I make sure my locator gets credit for helping me?

When you sit down with the leasing agent during your tour, let them know Apartment Ninja referred you!

Apartments will give you a space to write your agent’s name and Apartment Ninja in the referral section of your application.

Can we tour the apartments on the list?

Of course! Your Apartment Ninja agent will help set up tours with these apartments whenever you are free.

Because apartment touring is time consuming, it’s best to do your initial tour by looking at pictures and videos on their website and cutting the list down to your Top 3 choices! Apartments usually offer virtual tours on their website where you can see amenities and certain floor plans.

After you have narrowed down your list, we can set up your in-person tours!

When is the best time to start looking for an apartment?

The best time to look is within 60 days of your ideal move-in date.

Rates change everyday, so if you look too far ahead, the price may have changed by the time you’re ready to move-in.
